Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

2. Be in the original packaging.
3. Include the original proof of purchase or receipt.
Note: Items returned without prior authorization from our support team may not be accepted.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Please include clear photos of the item and the packaging.
    2. Email the details to: support@minzory.com. We will prioritize these cases and arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that are damaged, the wrong size, or incorrect. To exchange an item, please contact our support team. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

1. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
2. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered the handling phase (1–3 business days), it cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.
