Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

Note: Items returned without prior authorization from our support team may not be accepted.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Please include clear photos of the item and the packaging.
    2. Email the details to: support@minzory.com. We will prioritize these cases and arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that are damaged, the wrong size, or incorrect. To exchange an item, please contact our support team. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds
